Overview
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Hessle, Hull. We offer full-time hours and a competitive salary (subject to experience).
Responsibilities
- Identifying parts required for vehicles using manufacturer parts catalogues
- Ordering parts from internal and external sources
- Picking and packing parts for internal, retail and trade customers
- Communicating with and supporting the workshop
- Providing a quick and accurate service to our customers
- Invoicing and return handling
- Reviewing digital communications for customers
- Stock control
What You’ll Do By

- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience as a parts advisor (3 years preferred)
- Ability to source and supply parts to workshop, retail and trade customers
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Full or valid driving licence preferred but not essential
- Location: Hessle (reliably commute or relocate before starting work)
