We are looking for an outstanding individual to welcome new customers into our BYD dealership in Wakefield on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. You will be the first person our customers meet, so your natural rapport-building skills and attentiveness will really come into play.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Riverside Host, you play a crucial role as the dealership\’s main representative. You are the first point of contact for visitors, whether they come in person or reach out by phone or email. Your job is to provide a warm and welcoming experience, listen to the customer\’s needs, and efficiently direct them to the appropriate department or individual. There will also be administrative and diary management duties to support your colleagues, so flexibility is essential.

Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the showroom\’s appearance to a high standard and ensuring refreshments are always available.

• Having high standards

Job Type:

• Part-time

Pay:

• From £12.50 per hour
