Essentials (You Must Have)

  • Experience as a Parts Manager / Supervisor within the motor trade
  • Strong knowledge of parts operations, stock control, and aftersales
  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-site operations
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Familiar with Pinnacle or similar DMS systems
  • Commercially driven with strong communication skills

About The Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Area Parts Manager to lead our Parts departments across multiple sites in West Yorkshire. This is a hands-on role focused on driving parts sales, improving stock efficiency, and delivering high levels of customer service while working closely with site teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Parts teams across multiple sites
  • Drive sales across retail and trade channels
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
  • Manage stock levels and reduce obsolete inventory
  • Ensure manufacturer compliance and maximise bonus potential
  • Develop and coach team members
  • Collaborate with Aftersales, Workshop, and Sales teams
