Riverside Medical Centre is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to our patient population. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care, working independently and with GPs and the wider team.
The role covers immunisations, wound care, BP monitoring, venepuncture, ECGs and spirometry, plus health promotion and audits. NHS guidelines, infection control and patient safety are essential.
