- Dealing with patient queries and escalating issues appropriately.
- Processing administrative tasks and requests accurately.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and following information governance requirements.
- Handling patient information and documentation securely.
- Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team with administrative duties.
- Liaising effectively with colleagues and external healthcare organisations where appropriate.
- Maintaining an organised and professional reception environment.
- Supporting the practice during busy periods and helping to ensure patients receive a high standard of service.
