What You Will Do

  • Ensure compliance and a high level of accuracy of clinical care to patients from our physicians and clinical staff to include charting, testing, and general delivery of medical care.
  • Demonstrates and maintains a professional relationship with medical staff.
  • Builds trusting collaborative relationships through timely follow up regarding requests and concerns.
  • Collaborates with physicians and physician office staff to provide for the specialized needs of the patients.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in managing clinical staff to meet the needs of the practice.
  • Demonstrates a teamwork attitude in meeting the challenges of needs from within the clinic and from other departments outside the clinic.
  • Demonstrates a personal ability to respond with flexibility to changes and adapts to varying work assignments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Program Graduate, Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
  • Experience: 1 year Clinical nursing experience (Required)
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required)
  • CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire (Required)
