What You Will Do
- Ensure compliance and a high level of accuracy of clinical care to patients from our physicians and clinical staff to include charting, testing, and general delivery of medical care.
- Demonstrates and maintains a professional relationship with medical staff.
- Builds trusting collaborative relationships through timely follow up regarding requests and concerns.
- Collaborates with physicians and physician office staff to provide for the specialized needs of the patients.
- Demonstrates flexibility in managing clinical staff to meet the needs of the practice.
- Demonstrates a teamwork attitude in meeting the challenges of needs from within the clinic and from other departments outside the clinic.
- Demonstrates a personal ability to respond with flexibility to changes and adapts to varying work assignments.
Qualifications
- Education: Program Graduate, Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
- Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year Clinical nursing experience (Required)
- Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire (Required)
