Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £31,852.14 per annum

Working Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours

Working Pattern: Working 5 days out of 7

Location: Leacroft, Canning Town, Newham

The difference you will make as a Scheme Housing Coordinator:

The purpose of this role is to provide a customer focused housing management service to the residents, to help them maintain their tenancy and to support the General Manager with the management and maintenance of the building.

About you

  • Knowledge and experience of housing and facilities management including voids, lettings, Housing Benefit and rent arrears
  • Knowledge and experience of hospitality and customer service
  • Literacy and numeracy skills with ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone or in writing with a range of people
  • Strong customer focus skills and committed to innovating high quality service delivery
