- Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Head of People Experience is accountable for all aspects of culture change, values and behaviours, people experience, engagement, colleague EDI and wellbeing across the Group.
- A trusted adviser to our Chief Officers and senior leaders across the organisation, bringing in external advice as required.
