The difference you will make as a Compliance Co-Ordinator:
- Support Building Safety shared spaces by co-ordinating compliance activity and administering compliance systems and maintenance and services contracts, to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, providing efficient and effective planning, administrative and technical support as required.
About you We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of working within an Asset Services team, ideally supporting compliance activity.
- Effective contract management skills, including supporting the management of service and maintenance contracts.
- Clear understanding of risk management and compliance requirements for areas of risk.
- Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.
- Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business.
