The difference you will make as a Business Analyst:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing complex business problems and supporting the design of new solutions, products and services to support the Riverside Transformation Portfolio. You will work as part of a project team with responsibility for undertaking in-depth analysis and capturing business needs to help identify products and services that provide business solutions to complex problems.

About you:

  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst as part of a project team in delivering at a fast pace in a changeable environment
  • Strong understanding of the housing sector and in particular Customer Services
