Job Title: Assistant Home Condition Surveyor
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,624 Per Annum (£31,638 is achieved after 12 successful performance in the role) Per Annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: Speke, Liverpool

The difference you will make as an Assistant Home Condition Surveyor

Are you a recent graduate or currently working towards an HNC/HND in Construction, Building Services or a related discipline? This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in housing asset management and stock condition surveying while gaining valuable hands-on experience across our housing portfolio.

To inspect and assess the condition of social housing stock, ensuring properties meet safety, compliance, and quality standards. The role supports long-term asset planning, investment strategies, and contributes to maintaining decent homes for residents.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Working towards HNC/HND in construction / building services.
  • Understanding of housing asset management principles and stock condition surveying
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment.
