We have an immediate short-term opportunity within the Homeownership Asset Strategy Delivery team to provide temporary cover for a key operational and service delivery role. This opportunity is intended as a 6 month secondment/fixed term contract to support continuity of service.

The focus is on maintaining effective delivery of planned and reactive repairs services for Homeownership customers, ensuring that works are managed through our contractors in a robust, timely and customer-focused way.

This would be a good development opportunity for someone with strong asset, repairs, contractor management, leasehold or operational service delivery experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to Homeownership, planned works, customer engagement and service charge-related governance.
