We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role, with the position predominantly focused on Asbestos Analyst duties, particularly air monitoring and four-stage clearance procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities – Asbestos Analyst (Main Focus)
  • Carring out air monitoring, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
  • Setting up and managing air testing equipment
  • Undertaking visual inspections of asbestos removal works
  • Producing accurate analytical reports and certification
  • Ensuring work is completed in line with HSG248 and company procedures
  • Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams
  • Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting Role)
    • Assisting with site inspections and basic asbestos-related surveys (where trained)
    • Supporting senior staff with data collection and site documentation
    • Learning wider consultancy processes to support career development

    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    • A strong interest in developing a career as an Asbestos Analyst
    • BOHS qualifications or equivalent P403 and P404, A P402 is desirable
    • Previous air testing or site-based experience is advantageous
    • Professional attitude and ability to work independently on site
    • Full UK driving licence (essential)
