This role is central to the day‑to‑day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance and customer outcomes.

What you will do
- Carry out four‑stage clearances in accordance with HSG248 guidance.
- Undertake background, reassurance, leak and personal air monitoring.
- Conduct visual inspections and site audits on asbestos removal projects.
- Produce accurate analytical reports and technical documentation.
- Work across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites.
- Build positive relationships with clients, contractors and site stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, UKAS requirements and industry standards.
- Support and mentor trainee analysts where appropriate.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.
Who you are
- BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Analyst.
- A strong understanding of HSG248 and asbestos legislation.
- Experience carrying out four‑stage clearances and air monitoring activities.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A high level of attention to detail and accountability.
