Overview
As part of the learner support team, you will work alongside Curriculum Teachers, Specialist Teachers and other LSWs to gather detailed information from learners, develop collaborative working and support relationships and support progression and achievement.
Salary and hours
- Salary £29,082 - £30,738 pro rata
- 18 hour contract actual salary £11,830 - £12,503
- 25 hour contract actual salary £16,430 - £17,366
- 30 hour contract actual salary £19,716 - £20,839

Responsibilities
- Provide person centred support (mainly in class or on work placements).
- Guide and advise cross college teachers on implementing Inclusive Teaching Plans.
- Provide small group support sessions.
- Support students with an Education Health Care Plan to evidence their progress and achievement of EHCP outcomes.
