Aesthetics Nurse/Doctor

Riverside Chiropractic Group Ltd has been established as the number one MSK clinic for the last 40 years. We now have an Aesthetics business on-site and HIS registration. We are looking for a qualified medical practitioner with prescribing rights ro help us build our aesthetics business.

Our current team of world experts focus on helping individuals address both physical and mental health concerns. The team predominantly supports people who have experienced injuries or who are living with pain in muscles, joints, ligaments, or tendons. Services are designed not only to treat existing issues but also to prevent future problems that could limit clients' ability to live well, exercise, or achieve their personal goals. The clinic provides a supportive, client-centered environment where evidence-based care and long-term wellbeing are prioritised.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Aesthetics Nurse/Doctor based in Aberdeen. The professional in this role will provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments, such as injectables and skin therapies, following safe clinical protocols and industry best practices.

Although our ideal goal would be to offer joint injections, PRP and other pain relieving modalties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering procedures in line with ethical and regulatory standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, monitoring treatment outcomes, educating clients on aftercare and ongoing skincare, and collaborating with other practitioners within the clinic to support integrated physical and mental health services.

Participation in continuous professional development and adherence to all relevant health, safety, and infection control guidelines are expected.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or licensed medical doctor with appropriate qualifications and current registration with relevant professional body (e.g., NMC or GMC).
• Formal training and demonstrated experience in aesthetic procedures (e.g., dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin rejuvenation treatments).
• Strong clinical assessment, consultation, and treatment planning skills, with the ability to tailor care to individual client needs and goals.
• Commitment to safe practice, including knowledge of infection control, emergency protocols, and appropriate management of complications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build trust and provide clear treatment information.
• Ability to work independently in a clinic setting while collaborating effectively with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, including accurate documentation and adherence to confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with advances in aesthetic medicine and evidence-based practice.
• Previous experience in musculoskeletal, rehabilitative, or wellness-focused environments is an advantage.
