Riverside is seeking a Case Work & Referral Officer to support veterans at risk of homelessness. You will manage referrals, signpost services, assess eligibility, and coordinate with Local Authorities and partners to access suitable accommodation.
The role requires trauma-informed approaches, strong IT skills and the ability to work across Hackney and Catterick locations in a hybrid pattern. 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9–5.
