Riverside is recruiting a Housing Officer in Liverpool City Region Hub for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week) at a starting salary of £35,370.88 per annum, rising to £38,923.44 after 12 months’ successful performance. The position is based in Liverpool with hybrid working.
You will maximise tenancy viability and sustainability, establish strong customer relationships and act as an Account Manager to advocate for customers, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure effective service delivery.
