The Role
The Technical Project Manager will lead high-impact projects across Cyber Security, DevOps and Application Security. They will manage project lifecycles, drive project schedules and maintain proactive client communication to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role demands a technical background – not an Engineer, but the ability to converse with them and understand – with experience in complex project types, including SIEM transformations, cloud migrations and application security re-architecture. Familiarity with the partner ecosystems of Splunk, Cribl, Exabeam and AWS is highly desirable.
Skills
- Experience in project management within Cyber, DevOps, or Application Security. Background in managing SIEM transformations, cloud migrations, and application security re-architectures is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical project insights into clear, actionable steps for clients and teams.
- Proven track record of building trust with clients, managing expectations and fostering collaborative relationships that add strategic value.
- Familiarity with RiverSafe’s partner tools, particularly Splunk, Cribl, Exabeam and AWS.
- Confident, data-driven decision-making with an initiative to tackle challenges proactively.
- Strong ability to conduct comprehensive project and resource planning, optimising outcomes and utilisation.
- Thrives under pressure, with the agility to re-prioritise and adapt to shifting project demands.
- Committed to refining project management processes and implementing quality standards.
**This require requires a minimum of 1 days per week in the office, but with the flexibility to attend more often if required**
