The TISO will act as a vital link between the core security function and business units, ensuring that security requirements are properly understood, implemented and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the central Security team and various business units.
- Understand business needs and translate them into appropriate security requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to embed security controls into processes, projects and systems.
- Ensure security policies and standards are understood and followed across business units.
- Identify gaps in current security practices within business operations and work with stakeholders to remediate them.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the right security technologies and architectures are implemented.
- Support security awareness initiatives within business units.
- Provide input into the development of security frameworks, policies and procedures.
