We’re looking for an experienced Incident Response / SOC Consultant to assess and benchmark IR capabilities. You’ll lead an end-to-end IR maturity assessment across people, process and technology, using a structured framework, and deliver a clear, evidence-based view of current capability and improvement priorities.
- Run stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Review IR plans, playbooks, and security tooling
- Assess IR capability across the full lifecycle
- Deliver a maturity baseline, gap analysis, and recommendations
- Present findings to technical and executive stakeholders
Skills
- Strong background in Incident Response and/or SOC leadership
- Experience handling major cyber incidents end-to-end
- Experience building IR plans, playbooks, and SOC processes
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF / ISO 27001
- Experience with maturity assessments
- Knowledge of CREST CISR or similar models
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights
