- Hands-on experience in IAM or a related security/IT engineering role.
- Proficiency with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.)
- Familiarity with authentication and authorisation protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, access governance and least privilege principles.
- Experience in cloud-based identity solutions (e.g. Azure AD, AWS IAM) is a plus.
The Role
- Design, develop, and maintain IAM systems and infrastructure (e.g. SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning workflows).
- Implement and manage IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint or similar platforms.
- Configure and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across applications and systems.
- Develop and enforce access control policies and role-based access models (RBAC/ABAC).
- Integrate applications with IAM platforms using standard protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
**Please note this is an inside IR35 based contract and requires 3 days per week onsite in Central London**
