Are you an experienced, qualified residential childcare professional seeking the chance to provide children with the environment they need to thrive? We are looking for a Senior Childrens SEN Care Practitioner to help provide support that allows every child to reach their full potential. This warm and welcoming home, located just outside of Hereford, provides children with a safe, nurturing environment where they feel seen and heard.
This home offers holistic and therapeutic care for children and young people with learning disabilities and emotional and behavioural needs. The team within the home prioritises providing therapeutic care, utilising the PACE model, encouraging small day-to-day successes and progress with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance.
