Where compassion meets consistency, young lives are transformed. Are you an experienced, compassionate and consistent residential childcare professional, looking for the chance to help positively transform children's lives in a specialist home environment? We are seeking a Senior Children's Therapeutic Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing high-quality, child-centred care.

This warm and welcoming home provides tailored support for up to 2 children between the ages of 8-18. The children here require support with their social, emotional, and behavioural needs due to past experiences of ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) such as neglect, abuse, and trauma. The team ensures support is highly individualised, trauma-informed, and consistent in order to achieve positive outcomes in a nurturing environment.

By utilising therapeutic care methods such as PACE, Therapeutic Parenting, and Trauma Recovery, you will provide these young people with a nonjudgmental and structured environment that promotes independence and emotional regulation. You will also encourage participation in healthy, fun outdoor activities, such as kayaking or gardening, to support the development of life skills and confidence.
