Are you seeking a role with a company that is as passionate about providing high-quality care to children as you are? This warm and inviting home is located just outside of Northampton. The home provides a safe haven for up to 3 children aged 8 to 18. The home currently has one young person so you will have the opportunity to bring in your own new referrals over time.
The company is well established in the local area, with a number of homes achieving Good and Outstanding outcomes with Ofsted. They specialise in therapeutically supporting young people who have been through ACEs and possible trauma. There is a dedicated and experienced team in place who draw on therapeutic training models, such as PACE, as well as creative approaches, to help build trust and resilience.
You will be at the forefront, ensuring the children in your care achieve positive outcomes. You will be required to have knowledge and experience in maintaining a residential home, including following guidelines such as the Children's Act, the Children's Homes regulations, and more. Experience of holding a registration would be valuable, but you could be considered if you are looking to step up into your first registration.
