You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams to deliver creative, high-impact insights that influence campaigns, pitches, and retention strategies. The role is ideal for a professional with 3 to 5 years’ experience in analytics who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and business strategy.
- 3–5 years of analytics or insight experience, ideally with exposure to digital behaviour data
- Strong data storytelling skills—able to turn complex findings into digestible, business-relevant narratives
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- Proven ability to build, structure, and deliver insight reports that support marketing, BD, and client strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, commercially aware environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of owning insight processes and delivery

- Building story-led, visual outputs that drive client conversations, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Supporting marketing and business development teams by surfacing trends, opportunities, and narrative hooks
- Creating insight delivery systems—calendars, workflows, formats, and quality controls
- Collaborating with internal teams to bring insight into everyday decision-making
- Helping position the company as a leader in digital consumer intelligence by feeding insights into PR and industry features
Why Join Our Client?
