Step into a leadership role where you'll help lead clinical care and support staff development at RiverMead, a LifePlan Community in Peterborough, NH.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work closely with our Director of Nursing to guide day-to-day clinical operations in our Health Center, and you'll also play a key part in training and developing our nursing team. This role blends nursing leadership with staff education, so you'll help shape how our team grows and learns.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day clinical leadership across our Health Center
- Help train, mentor, and develop our nursing staff
- Partner with the Director of Nursing on care planning, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Step in as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team
- Help residents get the consistent, attentive care they deserve
What You'll Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in mentoring others
- Strong clinical judgment and a steady hand under pressure
This is a full-time role at 40 hours a week.
