As our Talent Administrator, you’ll be supporting the fast-paced, reactive world of recruitment at Riverford. You’ll be providing excellent customer service to our Co-owners and potential Co-owners, playing a key role in shortlisting and phone screening candidates for our high-volume roles across all sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and happy to help with a wide variety of tasks.

Salary: £27,976 - £29,869 per annum, pro rata

Location: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU. Reliable transportation is required to commute to Wash Farm, as it is not accessible by public transport routes.

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, 20 - 24 hours per week over 4 days (Mon – Thurs, flexible start and finish times available)

What You’ll Be Doing...

You’ll be responsible for getting vacancies live on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), formatting job descriptions, responding to enquiries via email, phone, Teams, or face-to-face, booking interviews, and processing offers on the ATS. A big part of your role will involve screening candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring that we provide the best service possible to all applicants.

Your creativity will also come into play as you support basic Employer Branding activities, such as creating photos or content to appear on job boards and social media.

What We’re Looking For...

  • Experience in a similar administration role with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service experience via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • A creative flair to support our Employer Branding efforts.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and put people at ease.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Outlook and Excel (intermediate level).
  • A friendly and professional approach to handling a variety of tasks, with maturity and confidence.
