What you will be doing: - We’re looking for a motivated, organised person with strong communication skills to lead a team of co-owners, working in the goods in department supporting in the preparation and movement of deliveries we receive in. Your team will be responsible for ensuring stock rotation and correct placement of pallets within the refrigerated storage areas; and support the management of stock throughout the site during your working day. Warehouse Team’s work is varied, encompassing tasks from keeping the goods-in area clear, to counting all the stock on site. Your team’s smooth and accurate picking is vital to keeping production moving, and good stock management is essential to make sure that there is enough for our needs while reducing waste. Your team will monitor stock throughout the shift to make sure production is kept running and ensure stock accuracy for day-to-day as well as end of month figures. You’ll establish a good relationship with your team, keeping them motivated and being an approachable point of contact for any issues. Requirements * Able to be hands on with the team, leading by example, and organising and overseeing the quality of the work. * Some fresh produce experience would be preferred, although on job training can be provided. * Experience in data analysis and KPI monitoring preferred, although on job training can be provided. * Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite. What are the hours? 40 hours a week Sunday - Thursday day shift.
