Work with us at Riverford, and join a thriving employee‐owned business as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver. Be part of an inclusive and friendly delivery team. More than just a veg box, Riverford is mad about organic veg. It’s at the core of everything we do. We love to grow it, pack it into boxes, and deliver it to around 70,000 homes across the UK every week.

Success means much more than just profits; we want this to be a place people enjoy coming to work, and a business our co‐owners feel proud of.

Benefits
  • 33 days holiday pro rata (including bank holidays)
  • 30% off veg boxes and our online shop
  • Generous company pension scheme
  • Annual profit share (at least 10% of all our profits are split equally between all co‐owners)

Delivering even greener veg – we’re swapping diesel vans to electric, with an ambitious goal of 100% electric vans for low‐emission deliveries to our customers.

Location & Pay

Location: To support a healthy work‐life balance, we kindly ask that candidates live within a 30‐minute commute of our New Covent Garden Hub: Unit 133/135, New Covent Garden Market, 9 Elms Lane, SW8 5BH.

Pay: £15.94 per hour. This role is a permanent contract, 40 hours per week. Working Monday‐Friday, which includes Bank Holidays. Start and finish times vary; we usually arrive at the hub between 4 am to 6 am and finish when all of the veg boxes have been delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Delivery Driver at Riverford, you’re more than just a pair of hands on the wheel. You’re the friendly face of our veg box delivery service, bringing fresh, organic produce from field to doorstep. Each day, you’ll deliver 70 or more boxes, treating every one with care and helping us build strong relationships with our community of customers.

We’re looking for careful and responsible delivery drivers who know their way around a busy round and take pride in doing things well. It’s really beneficial if you have multi‐drop delivery experience, but we’re more interested in a calm head, a kind manner, and someone happy to muck in when it counts.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that cares about good food, good farming and doing things the right way. It’s a role with real purpose, helping deliver the best of the season to people’s doors.

What We’re Looking For
  • Full UK driving licence & own transport (to get to the hub)
  • 3.5‐tonne van & multi‐drop experience (70+ drops per day preferred)
  • Good knowledge of the local area
  • Good communication & customer service skills
