As our Senior People Operations Advisor, you’ll be a trusted pair of hands when things feel tricky, especially around employee relations. Leaders and People Advisors will turn to you for support, knowing you’ll help them navigate complex or high-risk moments fairly, consistently and with care. You won’t manage a team, but your experience will carry weight. You’ll be advising senior leaders, often in fast-moving or changing situations, and supporting the people side of growth, change and the occasional bumpy moment along the way. You’ll bring solid experience from People Operations, HR advisory or employee relations roles, along with the confidence that comes from having handled complex situations before. A relevant HR or employment qualification is useful, and CIPD (or similar) is welcome, but we’re just as interested in your judgement, curiosity and how you show up for people.
