Delivering even greener veg – we are swapping diesel vans for electric ones to achieve 100% electric vans for low‑emission deliveries to our customers.
Working Hours & Contract
This is an 8‑month fixed‑term contract, working 16 hours a week on site at the farm. We are flexible with the schedule – you may work around school hours or spread the hours over two or three days. Mondays are the only essential day we need you to commit to.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new team members and guide them through induction, handling essential paperwork.
- Ensure timesheets are accurate and up‑to‑date every week.
- Organise, order, and distribute PPE to keep everyone safe.
- Conduct monthly checks of on‑site accommodation to maintain standards.
- Collate monthly vehicle and tractor inspection sheets.
- Replenish and audit first aid kits.
- Manage training records and coordinate training when needed.
- Work closely with Farm Managers to support farm operations year‑round.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone with administrative experience, confidence using Excel and Word, and a full UK driving licence. You should be a team player, enthusiastic, adaptable, self‑motivated, with a can‑do attitude and an eye for improving how we work.
