As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll help shape Riverford’s future.

You’ll help keep learning moving across Riverford, making sure courses are well organised, clearly communicated and easy for co-owners to access.

A big part of the role will be coordinating training for our new ERP system.

You’ll bring together plans, people and schedules across the business, track progress and help make sure everyone has the training they need.

You’ll also manage course bookings, learning records and reports, work with training providers and facilitators, and support apprenticeships and wider People team activities.

Along the way, you’ll look for simple ways to improve how we do things.

You’ll bring experience of coordinating learning, training or people activities, along with great organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft 365, Canva and learning or HR systems.

Experience supporting a large-scale ERP training rollout would be a real advantage.

You’ll enjoy helping others, building relationships and making things happen behind the scenes. You’ll be proactive, approachable and happy to get stuck in.

  • What You’ll Bring…
  • Coordinate learning programmes from planning through to delivery and evaluation with particular focus on promotion across the different business areas.
  • Manage L&D and First Aid course bookings via the L&D inbox, joining instructions, venues, materials and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and ensure our campaigns in the learning systems and spreadsheets are up to date.
  • Coordination of ERP training roll-out across the business.
  • Work closely with internal facilitators and external training providers, share and manage feedback to support course improvements.
  • Track attendance, completion rates and learning data, producing reports and insights to key stakeholders to encourage completion.
  • Champion apprenticeships across Riverford, support co-owner questions and the sign-up process.
  • Continuously improve learning administration and processes, making them simpler, more efficient and more user-friendly.
  • What We’re Looking For…
  • Experience coordinating learning, training, HR or people-related activities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence and previous experience using Canva, Microsoft 365 and learning or HR systems.
  • Good analytical skills with confidence interpreting learning data and reporting on trends.
  • Experience coordinating complex, business-wide training rollouts for ERP implementation programmes (preferred)
