This role is a 3-month fixed term contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start and finish times varying.
What you'll be doing
As a Delivery Driver at Riverford, you're the friendly face of our veg box delivery service, bringing fresh, organic produce from field to doorstep. Each day, you'll deliver 70+ boxes and help build strong relationships with our community of customers. You should be careful and responsible, able to manage a busy round. Multi-drop experience is beneficial, but a calm head, friendly manner, and willingness to help out are valued. You'll be part of a supportive team that cares about good food, good farming and doing things the right way. This role provides a sense of purpose by delivering the best of the season to customers’ doors.
What we're looking for
- Full UK driving licence & own transport (to get to the hub)
- 3.5-tonne van & multi-drop experience (70+ drops per day preferred)
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Good communication & customer service skills
Location and schedule details
Location: Unit 22 Branbridges Ind Way, East Peckham, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 5HF. Start and finish times typically between 4am and 6am; work includes Bank Holidays.
Pay: £13.86 per hour
