We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our successful South West based sales team on a 7 Month Fixed Term basis, from the 8th of April to the 1st of November 2026.

This role offers great earning potential, a supportive team environment, and meaningful perks that truly matter: £29,782.67, plus a rewarding uncapped commission structure, with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £38,000 - £40,000 pro rata.

Location ideally based within a reasonable distance from our team’s hub base at Dean Court Bungalow, Lower Dean, Buckfastleigh, TQ11 0LT. There will be an expectation to travel further afield with overnight stays, as and when required with notice.

You’ll be on the road in one of our mid-sized vans, so a full UK driving licence and confident driving experience are essential. Our vans are fully equipped to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

This isn’t your standard 9-to-5. Our reps work 40 hours across five days, including weekends (and bank holidays). Longer days on the road and occasional overnight stays may be required with notice given in advance. Weekends are prime time for events and the perfect opportunity to welcome new Riverford customers.

Our sales reps hit the road in our iconic Live Life On The Veg vans, travelling to locations both local and further afield. You’ll pop up at train stations, high streets, farmers markets, and major foodie events, spreading the love for organic, seasonal produce.

You’ll set up eye-catching stands and have engaging conversations about food, cooking, and how our 100% organic veg fits into people’s lives. If you enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and working as part of a close-knit team, this could be the perfect role for you.

With uncapped commission, your hard work really pays off - the more you put in, the more you’ll see in return. We’ll make sure you’re set up for success with on-the-farm sales training and ongoing support to help you grow and thrive.
