Responsibilities
- Deliver a great Riverford experience to wholesale customers.
- Act as the key interface between wholesale (business) customers and the dispatch and delivery teams.
- Take and process orders, manage through to dispatch.
- Handle queries, complaints, order amendments and logistics arrangements.
- Prepare delivery notes and complete general administration tasks to support smooth running of the Wholesale function.
We supply a wide range of businesses across the region, including farm shops, cafés, restaurants and festivals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a transactional administration or customer‑facing role.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and data processing skills.
- Strong systems knowledge and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Reliability and strong customer service skills – frequent liaising with customers.
- Excellent communicator with good standard of spoken English and a desire to help customers.
- Good team player with ability to work on own initiative.
- People‑person with confidence to make outbound calls.
Salary: £29,869 – £31,243 DOE per annum
Location: Lower Dean Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU
Hours: 40 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday 7am–3.30pm
