Location & Hours
Location: Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU. Reliable transportation is required – public transport does not serve this site.
Pay: £14.36 per hour. This is a permanent contract, 39 hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
Responsibilities
- Loading up to eleven full lorries each day, ensuring correct pallets are loaded and arranged safely to prevent damage during transit
- Supporting the unloading of incoming produce, packaging, and recycling
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills
- Good English literacy (written, verbal and numeracy skills)
- Experience of manual handling preferred
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
