Location: Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU.
Pay: £13.90 per hour. This is a permanent contract, 39 hours per week, working Sunday‑Thursday inclusive of bank holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
- Use your initiative and attention to detail to ensure only the best produce is packed into boxes.
- Help maintain high standards of packaging, ensuring robust and clean packaging for the recycling process.
- Assist in other departments or help keep the production area clean and tidy, working as part of a team to get the job done.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a production or warehousing environment.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre crates of produce and veg boxes.
- Good communication skills; able to speak and understand English to a level that enables comprehension of instructions and daily requirements of the role.
- Accurate and efficient.
