Riverford are mad about organic veg; they grow it, pack it into boxes and deliver it to around 70,000 homes across the UK every week. Responsibilities include keeping on‑site accommodation at standard through monthly checks, collating monthly vehicle and tractor inspection sheets, replenishing and auditing first aid kits, and managing training records. You will coordinate and arrange required training in close collaboration with Farm Managers and act as the linchpin supporting the farm throughout the year.
