Riverford is an employee-owned business and this role is a Multi Drop Delivery Driver. You’ll join a friendly delivery team delivering organic veg to around 70,000 homes across the UK each week. Riverford is focused on organic veg and aims to be co-owned by employees with a purpose beyond profits.

Role details:
This role is a 3-month fixed term contract, 40 hours per week, working Monday – Friday, inclusive of Bank Holidays. Start and finish times vary; we usually arrive at the hub between 4am and 6am and finish when all of the veg boxes have been delivered. Location: To support a healthy work-life balance, candidates should live within a 30-minute commute of our address – Unit 22 Branbridges Ind Way, East Peckham, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 5HF. Pay: £13.86 per hour.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Delivery Driver at Riverford, you’re the friendly face of our veg box delivery service, bringing fresh, organic produce from field to doorstep. Each day, you’ll deliver 70+ boxes, treat every one with care, and help us build strong relationships with our community of customers. We’re looking for careful and responsible delivery drivers who know their way around a busy round and take pride in doing things well. Multi-drop experience is beneficial, but a calm head, a kind manner, and a willingness to muck in when it counts are highly valued. You’ll be part of a supportive team that cares about good food, good farming and doing things the right way. It’s a role with real purpose, helping deliver the best of the season to people’s doors.
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence & own transport (to get to the hub)
- 3.5-tonne van & multi-drop experience (70+ drops per day preferred)
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Good communication & customer service skills
