Location: Unit 4, Rake House Farm, Rake Ln, North Shields NE29 8EQ

Position: Full-time

Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) Schedule:

  • Monday & Thursday - Afternoons only TCO duties
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - Full Days TCO Duties
  • Monday and Thursdays - Mornings Dental Nurse duties

Salary: Competitive *Depending on experience and qualifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and ambitious Treatment Coordinator or experienced Dental Nurse to join a thriving, high-end dental practice in our Windmill Orthodontics North Tynside - Rake Lane. You will be working alongside a highly experienced clinician who has treated high-profile and celebrity patients, offering a wide range of advanced cosmetic and restorative treatments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building patient relationships, guiding treatment journeys, and contributing to the continued growth of a successful practice.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • An experienced Dental Nurse and/or Treatment Coordinator
  • Confident, professional, and personable
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of working on their own initiative
  • Excellent at communicating with patients and converting enquiries into treatment plans
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing patient consultations and treatment journeys
  • Presenting treatment options and discussing finance solutions
  • Following up on treatment enquiries and converting leads
  • Supporting the clinician with patient communication and case acceptance
  • Building strong patient relationships and ensuring outstanding customer service
  • Working independently while contributing positively to the wider team
