This role oversees the day-to-day operation of one of the UK's leading private specialist dental practices.

With a team of more than 70 professionals, this is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, award-winning business while continuing to drive its future success.

Devonshire House is a large multidisciplinary practice with specialist dentistry, education and an in-house dental laboratory, offering exciting opportunities beyond a traditional dental practice.

You will provide leadership across the business, ensuring our teams remain engaged, motivated and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience, working closely with our Reception Manager and Nursing Team Manager.
