Alpha Dental Care is seeking a confident, commercially minded Treatment Coordinator who thrives on building relationships, guiding patients through transformational treatment journeys, and helping patients make life-changing decisions with confidence. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced within private dentistry
  • Knowledgeable in implants, restorative and cosmetic treatments
  • Confident discussing complex treatment plans and patient finance options
  • Commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional at building trust and rapport with patients
  • Professional, resilient and highly organised
  • Comfortable working alongside high-performing clinicians
  • Able to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience from consultation through to completion

As Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the practice. You will:

  • Guide patients through every stage of their treatment journey
  • Present treatment options clearly and confidently
  • Discuss finance solutions and support case acceptance
  • Convert enquiries into committed treatment plans
  • Build long-term patient relationships based on trust and confidence
  • Support the clinician in delivering a seamless patient experience
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to practice growth
  • Act as the key link between clinician, patient and wider practice team

This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make important decisions and who takes pride in seeing treatment plans progress from initial consultation through to life changing results.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

  • GDC registration
  • More than two years' post-qualification experience or senior dental nursing experience
  • Up-to-date Hepatitis B and immunisations
  • Experience within private dentistry and the standards required
  • A genuine passion for patient care and relationship building
  • The confidence to influence, communicate and guide patients effectively
  • Ability to travel between sites and work Saturdays
