Qualified Orthodontic Dental Nurse. Practice: Windmill Orthodontics Bedale. Location: Mawson House, Bedale, DL8 1AW. Position: Part-time (3 days - Flexible), with the possibility for Full Time for the right candidate. Pay: From £14.00 p.h.

Riverdale Healthcare is delighted to invite applications for a GDC-registered Orthodontic Dental Nurse to join the friendly and supportive team at Windmill Orthodontics in Bedale. This role involves working alongside experienced orthodontic clinicians, providing essential chairside support and delivering high-quality patient care across both NHS and private orthodontic treatments. The practice features two spacious surgeries and plans for revamp work in the near future. It is equipped with modern technology including an OPG machine, intra-oral scanners, and SFD (Single File Disinfection) systems to support efficient and high-standard clinical care.

As a specialist orthodontic practice, you will assist with a wide range of orthodontic procedures while helping to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey. You will join a well-established team with long-serving staff in a welcoming and supportive environment where experience and teamwork are valued. The practice benefits from an on-site Clinical Support Unit (CSU) and Treatment Coordinator (TCO) who guide patients through their treatment journey, as well as a clinical lead on site providing guidance and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clinicians during orthodontic treatments

Requirements
  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse (Essential)
  • Hold an additional qualification in dental areas such as Sedation or Radiography (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional with a patient-focused approach
