Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Building Surveyor based in Surrey, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Residential Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed building surveys, managing condition surveys, performing feasibility studies, overseeing contract management, and handling dilapidations assessments. Day-to-day activities will involve site inspections, report writing, client consultations, and project management to ensure thorough and accurate surveying services.
