Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day cover for absent staff, ensuring all lessons are covered.
  • Maintaining student data in our MIS to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Supporting with the setup and administration of the inclusion system.
  • Responsible for overseeing the annual review administrative processes.
  • Working collaboratively with the operations manager on the production and upload of the school census.
  • Assisting the Headteacher with timetabling, student curriculum, year 7 admissions and year-end.
  • Providing support to the Exams clerk with tasks appropriate to the role.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30–3:30; Friday 7:30–3:00.

Qualifications

  • Achieved a level of education/and or experience equivalent to 5+ GCSEs A-C (4-9).
  • Sound knowledge of Administration Systems & procedures.
  • High level of accuracy for entering, checking and analysing data.
  • Sound knowledge of MIS Student details & Assessment Manager.
  • Ability to respond quickly and positively to unanticipated problems and situations.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
