We’re looking for a Framework Director to lead and grow a high‑profile portfolio of environmental & river restoration and maintenance frameworks. This is a strategic leadership role with immediate responsibility for the Environment Agency AOMR Framework, with scope to shape and expand our wider framework offering, across utilities, local authorities and key environmental partners.
About the Role
- Strategic and operational leadership of major frameworks

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading framework delivery, governance and compliance (KPIs, reporting, assurance)
- Acting as the primary client interface at senior level
- Driving commercial performance (forecasting, margins, cost control, NEC processes)
- Representing the business at forums and steering groups
- Developing framework processes, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthening supply chains and subcontractor networks
- Supporting business development and winning new frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Senior experience managing frameworks or major programmes
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract management
- Track record of building client relationships at senior level
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivery functions
