At our Hereford depot, we're a friendly, quality-obsessed team who take real pride in the work we do and the relationships we build with customers. This is a hands-on role with real variety, real satisfaction, and real 'I fixed that' moments.
What you'll be doing
- You'll be workshop-based, working on customer leisure vehicles (motorhomes and caravans), carrying out repairs and refurbishments to a high standard.
- Repairing and refurbishing interiors and exteriors of motorhomes and caravans.
- Using woodworking skills to cut, shape, fit, and install boards and panels neatly.
- Working with wood, GRP, plastics, aluminium and composite materials to complete repairs properly.
- Fitting plastic/GRP panels on front and rear exteriors, plus Ali panels on side exteriors.
- Working to pre-prepared estimates and hitting agreed timescales without sacrificing quality.
- Helping teammates, sharing skills, and keeping the workshop humming along as one unit.
