What We Are Looking For
- Drive sales and maximise profit by adhering to company VM guidelines and ensuring product is merchandised correctly.
- Identify creative and visual ideas for the store and be responsible for product placement.
- Conduct daily floor walks to identify areas of opportunity.
- Analyse commercial reports and make commercial decisions.
- Provide customers with ideas on how to wear our product, keeping up with the latest trends and competitor activity.
- Work alongside the field VM team to ensure high visual standards across your store.
- Ensure delivery is prioritised commercially for new lines and replenishment.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and be a great communicator.
- Have good leadership skills and be passionate about delivering a world class experience to our customers.
- Have experience in analysing reports and making commercial decisions.
- Have a good understanding of the latest trends and our competitors.
- Have experience in VM and managing a large team within a high turnover environment.
- Previous experience at Sales Manager Level or Visual Merchandiser Level.
- You may also be a medium store/deputy manager looking to move into a larger turnover environment.
