Overview
FTC 6 Months. We’re on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team in Store Management, Stratford. You will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and a great place to work. You will be an expert in product handling and will continuously strive to improve the customer journey through exceptional visual execution and high levels of customer service. You will support the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team, maintain operational standards, and drive outstanding sales and KPI performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver great product placement and ‘wow’ wearable outfits.
- Consistently deliver strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront of every decision.
- Duty manage in all areas of store operation including service, people, and operations.
- Support the Commercial / Product Manager in empowering the team within store to deliver for the customer by prioritising customer experience.
- Have a good understanding of commercial tools and how to use them to drive commercial actions.
- Drive store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer and RFID.
- Support store operations in compliance with health & safety standards.
- Develop the store team to deliver a high performing, motivated and engaged team who feel valued and recognised for their contribution.
